Deco white gold ring features do with art?? (Expensive)?

Hello, my sister just bought a white gold, old art deco ring (with small diamonds and a small sapphire) .. she obtained an exclusive jewelers, (she had just received an inheritance, and choose this ring in memory), it has paid a lot of money for it! my concern is that there is not any punches on her but I thought by law it must be the brand, this law was introduced in the period Art Deco? (1915-1935 – ISH), she has a certificate Assessment, but I'm just being too suspicious?? .. she can not afford to be ripped from this kind of money .. I (temporarily) advised her she needs to get it independently valued, for insurance () But can you put my mind at rest if please? Thank you x

There are some reasons it can not have a trademark: it would have worn the ring could be made smaller and sometimes brilliant repairs can not erase the mark Are you sure its white gold? Platinum (more valuable) would have been a popular choice for the Deco period. Platinum does not have been punched at the time, not until 1975 (UK), it may have been made abroad and, although it has been punched if imported, it may have been purchased by a person who is not a jeweler ad entered the country in this way (Remember that jewelry never sell half the store price) If she loves him, try to love him too, it will make her happy
